Section 68(1) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987
(1)The Vishwavidyalaya shall provide and operate as deemed by the Board to be in the best interests of the Vishwavidyalaya, student hostels and other housing facilities for enrolled students of the Vishwavidyalaya.
