Section 7(1)(d) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008

(d)The application shall be considered by a Managing committee of the society and the decision of the Committee thereon shall be communicated to the applicant within 15 days of receipt of the application and, where the application is rejected , with reasons thereof.
