Section 111(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)In the Development Plan area various use zones namely, residential, commercial, industrial, administrative, institutional, open space uses, transport and communication use, green belt and natural drainage channel and water bodies having their zonal boundaries as indicated in the development plan shall be regulated as per the Table under Regulation-67. Except as otherwise provided no structure or land hereinafter shall be used and no structure shall be erected, re-erected or altered unless use is in conformity with the Regulations.
