2. Definitions.
- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Administrator" means the Administrator appointed under Section 5;(b)"Appointed day" means the 21st day of April, 1982;(c)"Institute" means the Samrat Ashok Technological Institute (Degree) Vidisha, an Engineering College run and managed by the Maharaja Jiwajirao Education Society, Vidisha;(d)"Society" in relation to the Institute means the Maharaja Jiwajirao Education Society, Vidisha.
