69. Powers as regards canals, creeks, situate partly without the limits of the Haryana.
- Any or all of the powers exercisable by the [State Government] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] under this Act in respect of any canal, river or creek, may be exercised by such Government in the case of any canal, river or creek, which is or may at any time be situate partly within and partly without the limits of [Haryana] [Substituted by Haryana Adaptation Laws Order, 1968.] and in respect of so much of any such canal, river or creeks, the [State Government] may by notification, and notwithstanding the provisions of section 2, declare what section of this Act shall be applicable thereto.
