1 The Writ Petition No. 1121 of 2017 was dismissed for
want of prosecution on 4th May 2017. There is a delay of 208 days in filing the Notice of Motion seeking the relief of recalling the order of dismissal for want of prosecution. For the reasons assigned in the Notice of Motion No.136 of 2018, the delay of 208 days is condoned and the matter is restored to its original status. 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a list of 10 persons, who happen to be the respondents in the original petition. The cheques are ready and the respondents would be at liberty to collect their respective cheques from the office of the petitioner at Nariman Point, Mumbai within two weeks from today.
