Section 4(3) in The Local Authorities Loans Act, 1914
(3)All rules made under this Act shall be published [* * * *] [Omitted, Act, 38 of 1920, section 2 and Schedule I.] in the [official Gazette] [Substituted by A.O., 1937, for 'Local Official Gazette'.]; and on such publication, shall have effect as if enacted in this Act.
