Section 46(1) in Railways Rates Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations, 1990
(1)The Tribunal after hearing and considering the evidence and arguments shall, give its decision, either at once or as soon thereafter as may be practicable on some future day, and when the decision is to be pronounced on some future day, the Tribunal shall fix a day for that purpose, of which due notice shall be given to the parties or the representatives.
