Section 86(i) in The Inland Steam Vessels (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1962
(i)Accommodation shall include clear space on deck, or floor space in cabins, if provided and may also include seating accommodation as approved by the registering authority and provided that the deck space is sufficient.
