639. Calls by Official Liquidator.
- Where the Official Liquidator desires to make any call on a contributory or contributories for any purpose authorised by the Act, he shall in the first instance summon a meeting of the Committee of Inspection, if any, for the purpose of obtaining their sanction to the intended call; The notice of such meeting shall be sent to each member of the Committee of Inspection and shall contain a statement of the proposed amount of the call and the purpose for which it is needed. The sanction of the Committee of Inspection shall be given by a resolution passed by a majority of the members. Where there is no Committee of Inspection, the Liquidator shall not make a call without obtaining the leave of the Court.
