Section 14(1)(xi) in The Punjab Suppression of Immoral Traffic in Women and Girls Rules, 1960

(xi)the Superintendent shall along with the medical officer inspect the food daily, when it is cooked and ready for distribution, to make sure, that it is properly cooked and that the full quantity reaches the inmates, the result of which inspection shall be noted in the Office Journal; a detailed account of daily issue of rations shall be kept in Form IX;
