Section 1 in Rajasthan Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2006
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2006.(2)It shall extends to the municipal areas of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 17th January, 2006.
