Section 6(xi) in Allotment of Land to Educational Institutions (Schools), Etc. on Lease-hold Basis in Chandigarh Scheme, 1996
(xi)If the applicant fails to communicate his refusal to accept the allotment within 30 days and also fails to deposit 15% of the premium under sub-clause (ix), the Estate Officer may forfeit the whole or part of the earnest money.
