15. No affiliation without permission.
- Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary in any law for the time being in force, the university shall not affiliate any institution without the permission or approval of the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education. On grant of affiliation, the university shall send a copy of the letter of affiliation to the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education for necessary action.
