Section 5(2) in Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2007
(2)The Controller shall advice the State Government on matters relating to,-(i) regulations of sale of cotton seed by way of compulsory DNA finger printing test or genetic purity test; and(ii)such other matters as assigned by the Government.
