78.
The voter shall then proceed to a place set apart for voting and secretly put a cross-mark either with a stamp that may be supplied by the Presiding Officer or by any other means against the name of the candidate to whom he wishes to vote. He shall then fold the paper so as to conceal the vote and deposit the same in a ballot box placed in the view of the Presiding Officer.
