(8)Return to duty from leaveNo member of the Force who has been granted leave on medical certificate can resume duty without first producing medical certificate of fitness. The authority competent to sanction leave may require a similar certificate in the case of any member of the Force who has been granted leave on the grounds of ill health even though such leave was not actually granted on medical grounds,
