Section 23(2) in Haryana Civil Services (Compassionate Financial Assistance or Appointment) Rules, 2019
(2)If on the conclusion of the criminal proceedings referred to in sub rule (1), the family member is,-(i)convicted for the murder or abetting in the murder of the Government employee, such a person shall be debarred from receiving the compassionate financial assistance which shall be payable to next eligible member of the family, from the next day of the death of Government employee;(ii)acquitted of the charge of murder or abetting in the murder of the Government employee, the compassionate financial assistance, shall be payable to such person.
