Section 1 in The Punjab Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1952
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1952.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of June, 1952.
