Section 8(3) in Tamil Nadu Debt Conciliation Act, 1936
(3)If the application is made by a creditor, the debtor shall, on his appearance, furnish the particulars mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 6 and notices shall be sent to all creditors specified by him.
