Section 5(iii) in Allotment of Sites on Lease-hold basis to Auto Spare Part Dealers and Auto Repair Mechanics in Chandigarh Scheme, 1996
(iii)The intending applicant shall make an application to the Estate Officer in the prescribed form (Annexure 'A'), alongwith an affidavit in the prescribed form (Annexure 'B') duly attested.
