(1)Any member may at any time resign his office by a notice in writing to the Council delivered to the Registrar. Such resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Council.(2)The President, nominated by the State Government, may at any time resign his office by a notice in writing to the State Government. The resignation shall take effect from the date on which such resignation is accepted by the State Government. An elected President may at any time resign his office by a notice in writing to the Council delivered to the Registrar. The resignation shall take effect from the date on which such resignation is accepted by the Council at a special meeting convened by the Registrar. The Council may also elect the new President at the same meeting.
