Section 46(f) in Delhi Prisons (Inspection, Meetings and Duties of Officers) Rules, 1988
(f)be responsible that all medicines, instruments and appliances debited to the jail and all bazar medicines and medical stores charged in the jail accounts, are faithfully and solely expounded in the service of the jail; and
