Section 24(3) in The Maharashtra Warehouses Act, 1960
(3)The Prescribed Authority may appoint a Board of Arbitrators to decide complaints against weighers, samplers and graders or warehouseman relating to weight, quality or grade of the goods stored in a warehouse. The decision of the Board of Arbitrators shall be final and shall not be liable to be questioned in court of law.
