Section 98(1) in Regulations Under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921
(1)The Management shall implement the decision of the [Appellate Authority] within two months of its being communicated to it. In default the Inspector/Regional Inspectress may, without prejudice to any other cause open to him or to any other authority or the employee, enforce it in so far as it may be, by making payment out of the grant-in-aid of that institution.
