(2)The Registrar General of the High Court or the District Judge, as the case may be, will designate an officer not below the rank of Additional District Judge called "GrievanceRedressal Officer" to look and enquire into the complaints received against the misconduct or irregularities of the officials of the Court related with the implementation of these rules.
