Section 44(2) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(2)Nothing in this section or in any other provision of this Act shall be deemed to prevent the Board from making regulations authorizing the asking of questions by members at its meetings, subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed in the regulations.
