[ Production of records, forms registers etc.- The occupier or Manager of every factory shall produce before the Inspector on his demand any record, documents, form, register etc. kept maintained in pursuance of any provision of the Act and the rules framed thereunder.] [Inserted by the West Bengal Factories (Amendment) Rules, 1991.]
