Section 267(1) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(1)The Board may, as soon as may be after the coming into force of these rules, constitute a Fund to be called the "Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Fund" in accordance with the provisions of the Act and these rules.
