Section 11(a) in Uttarakhand Annual Transfer for Public Servants Act, 2017
(a)The compulsory transfer from a remote area to accessible area shall be made upto a limit of total vacancies available and anticipated under Section 7 in accessible area in concerned cadre. The counting of eligible employees for transfer shall be done in order of period of total service rendered in remote area during whole service period;
