Section 3(1) in U.P. Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2004
(1)The Board shall consist of a Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the first class, as the case may be, and two social workers of whom at least one shall be a woman, to be nominated Hon'ble High Court.
