Section 51(a) in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
(a)[ is a permanent resident of the State, and makes and subscribes before some person authorised in that behalf by the Election Commission of India an oath or affirmation according to the form set out for the purpose in the Fifth Schedule ;] [Substituted by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.]
