Section 3(a) in The U.P. Antarim Zila Parishad Act, 1958
(a)all District Boards in Uttar Pradesh including the Sub-District Board of Bhadohi and all committees of such boards constituted under the aforesaid Act shall cease to function and all members and the President of each such boards and all members of each such committee shall vacate and be deemed to have vacated their respective offices, and
