> Title : Motion regarding Suspension of Members from the Services of Lok Sabha. THE MINISTER OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND MINISTER OF PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS (SHRI KAMAL NATH): Madam Speaker, the House has not been able to function from the 5th of August, from the very first day of Parliament. And, in the light of the continued disturbances in the House, I seek your permission to move a motion. Madam, I beg to move:
“That Sarvashri A. Sai Prathap, Nimalla Kristappa, Anantha Venkatarami Reddy, L. Rajagopal, Magunta Sreenivasulu Reddy, Modugula Venugopala Reddy, Aruna Kumar Vundavalli, Konakalla Narayan Rao, G.V. Harsha Kumar and Dr. Niramalli Sivaprasad, who have behaved in a manner unbecoming of Members of Parliament by continuously disturbing the proceedings of the House, be suspended from the services of the House for the remainder of the Session.” … (Interruptions)

श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज (विदिशा): माननीय अध्यक्ष महोदया, जो प्रस्ताव अभी संसदीय कार्यमंत्री ने 11 सदस्यों के सस्पेंशन का रखा है, मैं उसका विरोध करने के लिए खड़ी हुई हूं। सबसे पहले मैं एक बात स्पष्टता से यहां कह देना चाहती हूं कि हम तेलंगाना के पक्षधर हैं। ...( व्यवधान) हम पुरजोर समर्थन पृथक तेलंगाना राज्य निर्माण का करते हैं। ...( व्यवधान) आप साक्षी हैं, मैंने स्वयं यहां यह बात दो-तीन बार सदन में उठाई है लेकिन मुझे दुख है कि जिस अनुचित तरीके से कांग्रेस ने इसके निर्माण की घोषणा की है, उसके कारण यह दृश्य यहां उपस्थित हो रहा है।...( व्यवधान) आडवाणी जी यहां बैठे हैं, ये गृह मंत्री थे, हमने तीन-तीन राज्यों का निर्माण किया, उत्तराखंड, झारखंड और छत्तीसगढ़। लेकिन एक बूंद रक्त की नहीं गिरी, एक जगह सद्भावना नहीं टूटी।...( व्यवधान) लेकिन इस सरकार ने इस भद्दे तरीके से तेलंगाना निर्माण की घोषणा की है, उसके कारण सदन चल नहीं पा रहा है। यह अपने मुख्यमंत्री तक को नहीं मना कर रहे। ...( व्यवधान)

श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज : इनके अपने चीफ मिनिस्टर अपोज कर रहे हैं।...( व्यवधान) इनके अपने लोग मिनिस्टरों को यहां लाते हैं, एमएलएज़ को यहां लाते हैं, वे गांधी मूर्ति पर धरना देते हैं, संसद के परिसर में आकर बैठते हैं। ये अपने लोगों को ही नहीं मना सकते हैं और बाद में उनको निकलवाते हैं। ...( व्यवधान) हम इसका विरोध करते हैं।......( व्यवधान) अगर आपने इस मोशन को वोट के लिए रख दिया तो हम वॉक आउट करेंगे।...( व्यवधान)
