(j)"Managing Committee" means the Managing Committee constituted by the foundation society or the governing body of a recognised institution;(jj)[ "member" means a member of the Board and includes the Chairman and Vice-Chairman thereof;] [Clause (jj) added vide Act No. 15 of 1992.]
