Section 24(2) in Uttarakhand Technical University Act, 2005
(2)The Executive Council may, with the previous sanction of the Chancellor, admit any college which fulfils such conditions of affiliation, as may be prescribed to the privileges of affiliation or enlarge the privileges of any college already affiliated or withdraw or curtail any such privilege.
