Section 69 in Telangana Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001
69. Penalties.
(1)Whoever fails or omits to comply with or contravenes any of the provisions of the Act or order or directions of the Infrastructure Authority shall be liable for each of such failure or omission or contravention for fine which shall not be less than Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) but which may extend up to Rs. 100,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore) or shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one month but which may extend to three years or with both.(2)Whoever fails or omits to comply with or contravenes any of the provisions of the Act or order or directions of the Board shall be liable for each of such failure or omission or contravention for fine which shall not be less than Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) but which may extend upto Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore) or shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one month but which may extend to two years or with both.
