DATED : 28th June, 2019.

The challenge in this petition is to the communication dated 07.02.219 issued by the State Government rejecting the proposal of the petitioner- Sanstha to start new educational institution i.e. Arts, Commerce and Science College.

Our attention is invited to the order impugned which states that 2014 audit report is not enclosed; the undertaking to run the institution on permanent no grant basis is not given and that the certified copy of map is not annexed. The petitioner submits that all the defects have already been removed and the order suffers from non-application of mind.
