Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 4 and 5 in view of the judgment being passed today.
2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioners and direct them to return the documents forcefully obtained from the 1st petitioner.
3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that on a complaint submitted by the 5th respondent, the petitioners were called only once to the police station. But, it is submitted that, the petitioners came to the police station along with the members of Jama- Ath. Since, on enquiry it was found that there is a matrimonial dispute between the parties, police have not taken any further action in the matter.
W.P.C.No.31521/2014 2
4. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Pleader, we do not think that there is a case of police harassment.
With these observations, this writ petition is closed.
