- Every interview with a convicted criminal prisoner, unconvicted criminal prisoner or a civil prisoner shall take place in the presence and hearing of a Jailor specially appointed by the Superintendent for the purpose, and it shall be the duty of such Jailor to see that no irregularity occurs and that no article is passed between the parties concerned, except through the prison authority present. During the interview a prisoner under sentence of death and his friends or legal advisers shall not be allowed to approach each other.
