Section 11 in The Bombay Cotton Contracts Act, 1932
11. Bar of suits and proceedings against officers, etc.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings whatsoever shall be entertained in any court against any officer or servant of a recognised cotton association [* * *] [The words 'or Board of Control' were deleted by Bombay 17 of 1938, Section 2 and First Schedule.] for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance or execution of this Act or by-laws made thereunder.
