15. Manufacture and sale of liquor in or near cantonments.
- Within the limits of any military cantonment and within such distance from those limits as the Central The Sikkim Government may in any case specify, no licence for the manufacture or sale of liquor shall be granted, except with the previous consent of the Commanding Officer.
