Section 45(1) in The M.P. Madhyastham Adhikaran Regulations, 1985
(1)Inspection of staff of the Benches shall be made by the Registrar within every three months and inspection note shall be sent to the reader of that Bench with a copy to the Member of the Bench with a letter of request for getting it complied by the staff.
