Section 26(1) in Islamic University of Science and Technology, Kashmir Act, 2005
(1)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act, 1969 or any other law in force on the subject, Bibi Halima College of Nursing and Technology and Madintul Uloom, Hazratbal shall, with effect from the commencement of the Act, be Constituent Colleges of the University.
