Section 15(1) in The Orissa State Transport Appellate Tribunal Rules, 1993
(1)If a question arises in any appeal or revision application whether or not a person is the legal representative of a deceased appellant or applicant, such question may be determined by the Tribunal in summery, if necessary after taking evidence.
