Section 17(1) in Bihar Panchayat Raj Institutions (Conduct of Business) Rules, 2015
(1)The minutes or the meeting of Panchayat Samiti shall be prepared by Executive Officer in consultation with Pramukh, and any subject of public interest may be included in it and which, in his opinion, should be considered by the Panchayat Samiti and it may also include any subject specified by the Pramukh.
