Section 58(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1997
(1)the Board may, with the previous approval of the Government, make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder for the administration and smooth functioning of the board.
