Section 18A(2) in The Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954
(2)Such notice shall state the works to be undertaken, the person or persons by whom they shall be undertaken and the date by which they should be completed:Provided that the date mentioned in. such notice shall not expire earlier than fifteen days from the receipt of that notice by the person for whom such notice is issued.
