(3)Nothing contained in this section shall affect the right of the owner to make a fresh claim for compensation in respect of the modified scheme sanctioned by the [State Government] [The words 'Provincial Government' were Substituted For the words 'local Government' by the A.O.1937 and the word 'State' was Substituted For Provincial by the A.O.1950.] under sub-section (2).
