Section 12(ii) in The M.P. Nagar Palika (Registration of Coloniser, Terms and Conditions) Rules, 1998
(ii)The coloniser shall have to deposit an amount equal to two per cent of the estimated cost to be incurred on the internal development of the colony as supervision fee in the treasury of the concerned municipality.
